I was working in Tokyo, but I retired from my childhood dream of living in a foreign country and are currently studying English.

| What is the purpose of studying abroad?

I decided to get used to English before going to Canada from September.

| Filipino lecturer, how was your lesson?

The teachers are all bright and really kind.
It is a one-on-one, but I’ve never felt embarrassing to speak English. In addition, I made a class in which I could convey my problems and weak points to the teachers and convince them together.

| Have you felt any change in your English?

They wait patiently until the students have finished talking, so I have little resistance to speaking English.
I do not understand the words, because when you ask them back, they will rephrase in a different sense or give an example, so it will not just mean that you look up in the dictionary, but the actual usage or English nuance etc. I was able to touch English.

| What is your impression of studying abroad?

I went to a local beach and church with Taiwanese sisters and Japanese students and teachers.
Of course I have increased my chance to speak English, and I have learned once more what kind of country the Philippines is. It is the best memory!

| What did you say in your graduation speech?

We expressed my gratitude to the teachers and the great things about studying English.
I sang and danced with “This is me” with my teacher. Lol
